Important Policy Reminder: I understand that sometimes it is necessary to reschedule or cancel appointments. Therefore, please notify me at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time and I will gladly reschedule your appointment. If you reschedule or cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment time, you will be charged 50% of the full price of all scheduled service(s). If you fail to show for your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged 100% of all scheduled service(s). If you’re 5 mins late you will be charge a $10 late fee. More than 10 mins late you will be ask to reschedule and your card will be charged as a no call no show.
